Sundeck Rubber Chip Flooring offers a high quality, attractive and functional pool surround
This is suitable for a multitude of situations.
Available as a full installation service onto a prepared pool surround, via dedicated contractors, arrange a pre site visit of deemed required, offer a full quote per metre or per job and schedule the full installation.
Sundeck is a mixture of coloured rubber granules and two part epoxy resins – the granules being ground from virgin sheet rubber and the epoxy resin having a base of inert pigments hardened by a polyamine adduct in Benzyl Alcohol – therefore hard curing and water resistant.
Sundeck is laid 6mm thick onto almost any clean dry substrate, such as screed, concrete (if trowel finished) or timber The substrate should include provision for any drainage required as water will flow through the Sundeck and seek a natural course.
Available in a choice of colours – motifs and colour-ways can be incorporated as required.

Once laid, Sundeck must be allowed to cure fully before use. On indoor surfaces it is essential that humidity and condensation are kept to an absolute minimum. Foot traffic is acceptable after 48 hours, but full curing can take 7 to 14 days depending on conditions.
